You can purchase Shampoohotel products directly from our website or at your nearest ULTA store, as well as online at ulta.com.
Our website allows the use of one discount code per order; multiple discounts cannot be combined.
For any collaboration inquiries, please email support@shampoohotel.com and we’ll forward your request to the proper department.
Shipping
We ship anywhere within the United States via FedEx Standard Ground. Please note that additional charges apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, and that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories. Shipping to Canada and international destinations is also not available. For any questions or further assistance, feel free to reach out to our Client Care team at support@shampoohotel.com.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $25. Shipping on orders less than $25 is a flat fee of $8.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $35.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 5-10 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

If the address on your order is incorrect, please email support@shampoohotel.com with the correct shipping address as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to update the package before it ships, please note that this is not guaranteed.
Billing
Your payment will be processed once the order has been fulfilled. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

Returns and Canceling Orders
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add, remove or change an item in the order.
We’re happy to provide a customer-friendly return policy. If you’re not fully satisfied with a product purchased directly from our website, please reach out to our Client Care Team at support@shampoohotel.com within 30 days of your purchase.
If you purchase the product through a different retailer, all returns are based on the individual return policy of the place of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns, refunds or exchanges for products not purchased directly from our website.
To cancel your order contact support@shampoohotel.com with your order number, and we will validate if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Yes! All of our products are paraben-free, free from harmful sulfates, phthalates-free, mineral-oil free, PETA-Certified cruelty free and vegan! We want your hair to always look and feel its best, so we only use ingredients that keep your strands healthy in the long run.
Yes, all our products are gluten-free.
None of our products are tested on animals.
All Shampoohotel bottles are recyclable. Just remove the cap and spray applicator (if applicable) and you’re good to go.
To guarantee the authenticity of your products, we recommend purchasing directly from our website or from ULTA.

Sustainability
