Shipping
We ship anywhere in the USA via FedEx Standard Ground. Additional costs apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Just a heads up, we don’t ship to PO Boxes.
We don’t offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories at this time. For any further questions, please contact our client care team at support@shampoohotel.com
We currently don’t offer shipping to Canada or international destinations at this time
We offer free shipping on orders $25+. Shipping on orders less than $25+ is $8.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $35.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order and 5-10 business days for delivery. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.

If the address on your order is wrong, please email support@shampoohotel.com as soon as possible with the correct shipping address and we will make an effort to update the package before it ships.
Billing
Your payment will be processed once the order has been fulfilled. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

Returns and Canceling Orders
Once an order is placed, we are unable to add, remove or change an item in the order.
We are pleased to offer a customer-friendly return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from our website, you may contact our Client Care Team at support@shampoohotel.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you purchase the product through a different retailer, all returns are based on the individual return policy of the place of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns, refunds or exchanges for products not purchased directly from our website.

Yes! All of our products are paraben-free, free from harmful sulfates, phthalates-free, mineral-oil free, PETA-Certified cruelty free and vegan! We want your hair to always look and feel its best, so we only use ingredients that keep your strands healthy in the long run.
Yes, all our products are gluten-free.
None of our products are tested on animals.
All Shampoohotel bottles are recyclable. Just remove the cap and spray applicator (if applicable) and you’re good to go.
The only way to ensure your products are authentic is to purchase them from our website or ULTA.
